At the Body Repair Shop we do welcome private work just as we do insurance work. We understand that for various reasons work may not be covered by insurance or you may not want to claim, but regardless of your situation we are here to help and advise you on the best course of action for your repairs.

Private work can be quoted and booked in on the spot, with the customer giving the final approval if they would like the work to proceed.  We treat all private work as we do insurance, giving work the same high standard of quality care and following the same procedures expected for insurance work. All our work, whether its private or insurance, is guaranteed and warranted.

In some instances customers may also be undecided as to whether or not they will claim through their insurance company, as we deal with all major insurance companies we can easily and happily help advise you on what is the best course of action to take to ensure the best outcome for the customer.
