Our Salisbury Plain workshop has also been specially designed in a way that streamlines workflow, making our procedures both quick and efficient whilst maintaining our high standards for crash repairs. All cars are subjected to a final detailed inspection by our executive staff, ensuring quality is upheld before we return the vehicle to its owner.
Some of our Equipment & Technology
We use a large range of equipment and technology in our workshop that ensures we achieve a high quality and fast repair every time. Here is just a sample of our equipment and technology that we use that helps us achieve this:
Electronic Job Tracking and Management
For every job that comes into our Salisbury Plain workshop a tracking ID is applied and our staff are required to electronically record data on your car at every stage of the repair process. This tracks the progress of your car and the staff working on your job, which allows us to keep customers informed and continually improve our processes to ensure we are achieving the fastest vehicle repair turnaround times possible.
Car-O-Tronic Vision Classic
A 3D Electronic Measuring System, the Car-O-Tronic Vision Classic allows us to analyse, assess and document the cars damage and progress throughout the entire repair process. Paired with both Software and the world's largest vehicle database, the system is constantly updated with the latest vehicle information for cross reference and support. Paired with our Global Jig Alignment System, this piece of technology gives us an advantage to gain information about your car that is not normally accessible and allows us to repair your car to original factory and manufacturer specifications.
Global Jigs
Described as “The perfect choice for fast repairs” the Global Jig is a straightening bench that is incredibly versatile which is perfect for the wide range of repairs that take place in our workshop. Along with various accessory add-ons it also accommodates various measuring systems both electronic and mechanical, letting us transform it into one very technological piece of machinery.
Belly Hoists
Often seen in use at new tyre outlets, these machines are designed for picking up vehicles, lifting them to a height that optimises access to the vehicles parts for repair and removal. Used when cars do not require any chassis aligning, they help speed up repair times by allowing technicians to perform repairs and remove parts at a favourable height, providing a safer alternative to floor jacks.
Inverted spot welders
These high current spot welders allow us to fuse together existing metals on the car. We use these for the reattachment of original manufacture parts to vehicles, required for working on all car models and is imperative for high strength vehicles.
7 Spray & Bake booths
These booths are used during the painting process for everything from prep, spray painting and baking/setting paint onto vehicles and their parts. With the advantage of so many booths in our workshop, we have the advantage of not having to wait for a free booth to become available to finish the paint process, helping us optimise our painting procedures for fast delivery of repairs.
