The Advantage of having self assessing authority is that it allows us to do a 15 minute quotation and an assessment at the same time. This means you can book your car in for repairs the same day, which ultimately results in a fast repair turnaround time, as your insurance company will inspect the car during the repair process.

Advantages of Digital Assessing:

Digital assessing is when digital photographs are taken of your car during our onsite quotation, which are then sent off to the insurance company, along with a repair quote to be viewed and assessed. The advantage of digital assessing is that in 90% of cases it relieves the customer from having to bring their car into the workshop a second time after the initial quotation has taken place. In the past insurance companies could require the car for a number of hours or even a whole day in order to assess and approve your car, digital assessing has removed the hassle of being without a car for a period of time for a vast majority of our repairs.
