Step 3. Vehicle Assessment
Once you have come to see us for a quote your car will then be assessed. For a number of insurance companies we are authorised to perform self assessing which means we can book your car in for repairs at the same time as we do your quote. Others are assessed digitally online by the insurance company from photographs that we take during our initial quote. In 90% of instances customers will not have to bring the car back in for the insurance company to assess. However there are still some occasions when a customer will be required to bring their vehicle back into the workshop where an assessor from your insurance company will review your car.
Step 4. Repairs Approved & Repairs Booked
Once a vehicle has been assessed and approved for repairs, someone from our team at THE BODY REPAIR SHOP will then contact you to arrange a convenient time to book your car in for repairs.
