I've had an accident, who do I contact first?
Your first point of contact is your insurance company to advise them that you have had an accident and to lodge a claim. Be sure to mention our name as your preferred repairer as you do have a choice in who repairs your car. If you are unsure of this process please do not hesitate to contact the staff at The Body Repair Shop who can advise you on what the procedures are for your insurance company.
Do I need to make an appointment to have a quote done?
No, just drop in during normal business hours and we will quote it while you wait.

What if my car is too damaged to drive?
Just give us a call on 08 8250 6677 and we can arrange a tow truck to collect your vehicle from its location and deliver it to our workshop.
Once my vehicle is quoted do I have to repair my vehicle straight away?
No, if the damage is minor and the car is still road worthy at The Body Repair Shop we will work with you to reduce the inconveniences of being without your vehicle and will arrange a date that would best suit your needs.
Do I have a choice of repairer?
Yes, as the owner of your motor vehicle, with most insurance companies you have full choice of who repairs your motor vehicle.
Is The Body Repair Shop approved by any associations?
Yes. As well as being approved by numerous insurance companies, The Body Repair Shop is approved by the RAA, MTA and are Green Stamp Approved. See our Accreditations page for further details.
How do I pay my excess?
Your excess in most cases is collected by the repairer on completion of the repairs to your motor vehicle.
What if I'm not happy with my crash repairs and/or paint work?
Please contact The Body Repair Shop on 8250 6677 with your concerns as soon as possible. As we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality. We will do all that is necessary to ensure that you are satisfied with our work.

What does your Lifetime Guarantee cover?
This covers the quality of our repairs and workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle, with parts and paint guaranteed as per the manufacture's/supplier's warranty. If a fault in regards to our work should occur, we will rectify the issue at no expense to you.
Can I have additional work not covered by my current insurance claim done at the same time as my insurance claim?
Yes and in most cases we can do the additional work at a discounted cost as some of the cost associated with repairs will already be covered by your insurance claim.
